Here at Express Healthcare we aim to provide a
high quality, professional and flexible care service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do this by continued investment and
training, provided to all staff members. Our commitment to you means that you will always be treated as an individual with
bespoke care needs, tailor made to your care package.
We provide a flexible service to meet the needs of our individual Service Users that can range from a 15 minute
“pop-in” visit to a full 24 hour live-in care package. Each Service User is allocated a team of workers who are
matched to the individual Service Users needs, ensuring they are comfortable with the service being provided and continuity
of care.
All care workers are fully trained and are subject to
rigorous background and employment checks. We provide care/support workers and healthcare assistants to:

We are committed to providing a service that enables our Service Users to both develop
their life skills and improve levels of independence in their own homes.
All
clients have access to our New Company Support vehicle free of charge, which has adaptations for wheelchair users.
We support Service Users with Direct Payments and Personal Budgets. Express Healthcare
is a provider member of In Control.
